Request help from your Willows Health practice for a new or ongoing health problem. Most requests can be made online without phoning the practice.

How to request an appointment

  • Use our online consultation service through SystmConnect to send a non-urgent medical, admin or prescription request.
  • Call your practice if you cannot use online services. Find phone numbers on the practice list.
  • For urgent help when the practice is closed, use NHS 111. Call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.

What happens next

A clinician will review your request and decide the best next step. This may be a phone call, a face-to-face appointment, a video consultation or self-care advice.
