Our Patient Participation Group gives patients the opportunity to share their views, hear updates from the practices and help us improve the services we provide.

What is the Patient Participation Group?

The Willows Healthcare Patient Participation Group, also known as the PPG, is a group of patients who care about the way our practices work and the services we provide.

The purpose of the PPG is to create a regular dialogue between patients, doctors and staff, helping our practices work as well as they possibly can.

Willows Healthcare is keen to encourage more patients to join the group.

What does joining involve?

There is no cost to join. Members are invited to quarterly meetings and may receive information and updates about the practices.

You can get involved as much as you are able to. The group is designed to give patients a voice and help us understand what matters most to the people who use our services.

We need you

We are looking for patients from across our practices to join the PPG and help us continue improving care, access and communication.
