Our policy on violence, abuse and unacceptable behaviour.
Our staff have the right to work without fear of violence, abuse or harassment. We treat all patients with respect and ask that patients treat our staff in the same way.
Patients who behave violently, threateningly or abusively towards our staff or other patients may be removed from the practice list, in line with NHS guidance.
