We provide urgent care cover for eligible practices during Protected Learning Time.
We have operated the Willows Urgent Care Service for seven years and have supported thousands of patients. The service supports participating practices while their teams attend training, complete administrative work and take part in development sessions.
The service operates on Thursdays between 1pm and 6:30pm for eligible participating practices.
Availability: Thursdays, 1pm to 6:30pm

This service is only available to patients registered with practices that have signed up. It is limited to urgent queries between 1pm and 6:30pm on Thursdays.
Patients cannot sign up directly. Your own GP practice will tell you how to access the service if it is available to you.
