We've updated the Willows Health website to make it easier for patients to find the right information and complete common tasks online.

Why we made this change

The new website has been designed to be clearer, faster and easier to use, especially on mobile phones.

It follows NHS guidance for GP practice websites and uses NHS-style design patterns so patients can find information more easily.

Clearer routes to appointments, prescriptions, registration and test results
A simpler practice finder with phone numbers, addresses and opening times
Clearer urgent care information, including when to use NHS 111 or call 999
Improved accessibility and mobile usability
A cleaner structure for practice policies, complaints, privacy and accessibility information
Improved website search
