You and your general practice

NHS England has published information about what patients can expect from their GP practice and what practices ask from patients.

Getting the right care

We will help you get care from the right professional. This may be a GP, nurse, pharmacist, healthcare assistant, NHS 111, a community pharmacy or another service.

  • Some conditions can be managed safely by a community pharmacist.
  • Some requests may be handled by another member of our clinical team.
  • If you need urgent help, use NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
