Positive changes coming to Dishley Grange Medical Practice

Positive changes coming to Dishley Grange Medical Practice

At Willows Health, we're committed to innovation, compassionate care, and continual improvement. We're excited to share a series of updates—both underway and upcoming—that reflect our dedication to making Dishley Grange Medical Practice a more accessible, efficient, and patient-friendly environment.

Upcoming interior renovation

We are planning a full interior renovation of Dishley Grange Medical Practice. This future upgrade will include fresh paintwork, new flooring, and redesigned spaces to create a livelier and more dynamic atmosphere. Our goal is to transform the physical environment into one that reflects the energy and excellence of our care—offering a new lease of life for both patients and staff.

Enhanced call handling capacity

To improve accessibility, we've added significant call-handling resources. Patients can now expect their calls to be answered well within ten minutes, reducing wait times and enhancing the overall experience of contacting the practice.

Expanded GP access

We've introduced two additional GP clinical sessions each week across the surgery group. This directly improves appointment availability and helps ensure that patients are seen promptly by the right clinician.

Smoother investigation follow-up

We are improving our internal processes to shorten the time between a patient being told they need to speak to a doctor about test results and actually getting that conversation. This change will improve safety, responsiveness, and continuity of care.

Smarter signposting for patients

We are implementing a new signposting template that ensures patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service. This means that:

  • Patients who need a GP are more likely to be able to access a GP
  • Patients whose concerns can be addressed by other skilled professionals will be supported accordingly.

By protecting GP time and empowering our wider clinical team, we aim to boost efficiency and improve patient experience.
